Leon J was inducted as a Performing Artist and an Ambassador to the Blues in the National Heritage Blues Hall of Fame in 2011. The master storyteller, and musician, this show will transport you back in time, unraveling the threads that wove the fabric of blues music into what we now call American music - rock, country, blues, jazz, R and B. Through a carefully curated collection of historical photos, you will witness the birth of this iconic genre, its early pioneers, and the cultural influences that shaped it.
